What is UX+ Conference 2021?

UX+ Conference 2021 is a 3-day, online conference for aspiring and seasoned User Experience professionals. It's a paid online event, happening in Sep. 10-12, 2021, streaming from 9:00AM to 3:00PM (GMT+8) on each day.

Do you have bulk discounts?

If you're purchasing 10 tickets or more for your company, you'll receive a discount on our payment page. Just enter a quantity that's 10 or above, and the discount will be automatically applied.

I'm not a UX practitioner or designer, can I still attend?

Yes! If you appreciate good UX, passionate about design and a creative at heart, you are very welcome to attend the event.

What's included in the ticket?

Full online access to 3-days of UX+ Conference 2021! You'll also get access to our exclusive Slack group, a certificate of attendance, perks and discounts from our sponsors, and the recordings of all the talks (accessible until February 2022)!

Will the talks be recorded?

Yes! We'll provide access to the event recordings for all attendees until February 2022.

What do I need to access the online conference?

Just your laptop or desktop, and a stable internet connection. You can also attend the conference with just your smartphone or tablet! You'll receive the instructions to access the event after you purchase a ticket.

Where is the event venue?

Anywhere with internet!
For 2021, UX+ Conference is a 3-day online event, accessible wherever you are in the world. No commutes or flights necessary! As long as you have a stable internet connection, and a computer / smartphone / tablet, you can attend!

Will you provide a certificate of attendance?

Yes! All attendees can generate their own E-certificate of attendance. After you purchase a ticket, keep the details of your order and use your Access Pass to generate the certificate. We'll provide the link where you can generate the certificate after the event.

Can I Transfer/assign my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Please email us if you'll be transferring the virtual access pass to another person.

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are not refundable but you can transfer your ticket to someone else at least 48 hours before the event. Please email us if you plan to transfer your virtual access pass.

Is the conference going to be in English?

Yes! All the talks, panels, and Q&A will be done in English.

Can I Share My Access Pass to my Team?

No. Tickets are non-refundable, single-use, and can only have one login per session. Multiple logins are tracked, and you'll be logged out immediately once it's detected, and may be banned from accessing the platform again.

You may purchase a separate ticket for each person that will be watching the conference.

Can I still purchase tickets on the same day of the event?

Yes! And you can also purchase recordings after the event for the same ticket price!
