Eiko has been creating digital experiences since 1998. She is known for using design thinking to bring people together, and for her multi-disciplinary background across UX, CX, research, and strategy. At Publicis Sapient Eiko was the Head of Experience Design for the North American Retail practice, and shepherded the experience transformation for one of Canada's largest retailers through a collaborative design practice that kicked off in 2012. Eiko was the Culture & Community lead for Publicis Sapient's Toronto office, and has a particular focus on diversity & inclusivity. In her spare time she writes fiction, and is currently working on a novel.
